AquiTec Partners with OAT to Offer RFID-enabled Supply Chain Solutions

Chicago, IL – June 24, 2004 – AquiTec International, a global provider of supply and demand chain execution software, announced today a strategic partnership with OATSystems, the leading supplier of software for the High-Resolution Supply Chain™, to offer Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-enabled supply chain solutions to Retailers and Distributors.

By capturing and managing electronic product code (EPC) information in real time, Retailers and Distributors will be able to automate shipping and receiving processes, verify the authenticity of branded goods, improve order accuracy, and maintain optimal inventory levels. In addition, they will use the information to adjust to rapidly changing consumer demands and preferences.
